Another wonderful Scarecrow Festival was held in St Mary's Church on 12th & 13th October 2024.

Visitors to the festival voted for their favourite three scarecrows.

The results are as follows:

1st prize was awarded to - 'Professor Robin Swift - The Twitcher' - made by Sonia Cummings

2nd Prize was voted as - 'Wavin' Worzel' - made by Ann & Alan Kenney

3rd Prize was awarded to -  'Bojitt & Son' - made by Linda & Colin Smith..

The winner of the junior category was

'Paddington Bear' - by the children at Linda's Childcare
